peach stone jelly

Cover at least 30 peach stones (no peelings, just stones) with water and simmer for 1 hour.
Use 3 ½ cups juice.
4 cups sugar
1 pkg pectin.  (see pectin pkg for cooking method.
1 small packet peach jello

LARGE BATCH
10 ½ cups juice
12 cups sugar
1 pkg pectin
1 large packet peach jello
Makes 10 – 12 pints.
