Blend:

3 eggs

½ c. Bisquick

½ c. melted butter

Then add:

¼ tsp. salt

1 Tbs. sugar

*Basil, garlic, pepper, etc.

Put any desired fillings (cheese & ham, spinach & Parmesan, etc.)  into pie plate and pour mix over the top. Bake @350 for 45 min.
