¼ c. sugar 2 c. milk (evaporated tastes best) ¼ tsp. salt 2 egg yolks, beaten 2 Tbs. cornstarch 2 Tbs. butter 1 Tbs. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 2 Tbs. cocoa Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch, flour, and cocoa in a pot. Turn heat to medium and stir in milk and eggs with a wisk. Boil for 2 minutes until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla.
