You can replace cider with fruit puree. Apply every 40 minutes to an hour
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup apple cider
3 tablespoons bourbon, or 3 more tablespoons apple cider
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Bring to a boil. Take off heat. Then generously slab onto meat 🙂
