Grandma Verna’s Pickled Beets

Heat and simmer:
1 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5-6 cloves
1 stick cinnamon
Pour hot mix over beets and let cool. Process or place in fridge overnight. Covers 10 pts.
